Illawarra "Design Bathware" Hawks have completed a fairy tale return to the Waratah Championship league with 81-71 victory over the Newcastle Hunters in Newcastle on Sunday afternoon in front of a huge crowd.

Fittingly Dan Jackson and Tyson Demos each finished with a game high 26 points.
